CONFIDENT

The Bayern Munich winger Franck Ribery is nothing but confident not only about his team but has faith in winning the Ballon d’Or. Bayern Munich became the 1st German club to accomplish completing a treble in the 2012-13 season as they won the Bundesliga, DFB-Pokal and UEFA Champions League with Ribery playing a key part in this achievement.

Bayern Munich went through a management change now with Pep Guardiola at the head of the club and even though there is a new playing style implemented, the dominance is still there as Munich is topping the Bundesliga and concluded the group stages of the Champions League at the top of group D.
Their string of success and accomplishments has given faith to Ribery as he believes Bayern Munich can do it all over again and win all 3 pieces of silverware.

"We want to and can defend all three titles next year," Ribery said in quotes reported by Bild.

The Frenchman went on to talk about the Ballon d’Or race as he is pretty confident and proud of everything accomplished with his club.

“I am confident. I have done all I had to. If you look at my performances all year long, I have made the difference. I may not score in every match but I set the defenses on fire. Ronaldo certainly scores more than I do,” Ribery said, “but we don’t have the same style.” Ribery said.

Lionel Messi was a huge favorite on claiming the Ballon d’Or trophy for another consecutive year but his recent injury has made him fall back in the race and now C.Ronaldo is stepping it up with a number of flawless performances not only for his club but also for his national team Portugal as he pushed them into the last 32 teams remaining in the 2014 World Cup.
