UNITED INTERESTED IN £120million FORWARD

Manchester United are reportedly in a two-way battle with Barcelona for the signing of Atletico Madrid ace Antoine Griezmann. The Sun claims that Griezmann is valued at £120 million which is no problem for the Red Devils as they look for a Marquee signing this summer.

United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is set to be given £205 million as transfer budget for new recruits as he looks to bring back the glory days back to Old Trafford.

Griezmann is considered as one of the best forwards in the world and had been the talisman for the Atletico Madrid since moving from Real Sociedadin 2016.

The 27-year-old is known for his creative ability as well has his excellent finishing progress in front of goal.
United have had to endure mediocrity in the attack in the past two season with the likes of RomeluLukaku,Marcus Rashford and Alexis Sanchez failing to impress for the Red Devils.

Griezmann is one of the genuine world class talent and his arrival at United will lay down a market that the club is ready to challenge for trophies.

The Frenchman was instrumental in France World Cup win in 2018 and was voted the third best footballer at the FIFA Footballer of the Year Awards.

From mist indications Barcelona have the advantage but if there is any club that can afford such outlay on a single player in England then it’s United.

The Premier League outfit is among the richest in the club and would have no problems paying the huge transfer fee as well as his wage demands.

Griezmann would be interested in the move and he would play alongside international teammate Paul Pogba. Meanwhile the Red Devils have also been linked with a move for Napoli defender KalidouKoulibaly.

If United can bring both players to the club thus summer, it would be massive and Solskjaer can build with two world class talents.
